An additional powder room in the main hallway adds convenience for guests staying in the den. Kitchen boasts an eat-in area, wood block island, original built-in Sub Zero refrigerator with ice maker, Thermador stovetop, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and complimentary coffee station. Backyard oasis features a private pool and several patios to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging. Fully furnished home captures original vintage-era flair with a sunken living room, tray ceilings, retro wet bar, formal dining room, vintage high-end appliances, and beautiful private portico entrance.
